Bio: Titus, by all accounts, should be dead. When he still ruled the living, he led his people into catastrophic cycles of vengeance on a near-constant basis. He all but decimated every sentient population in his system in service of maintaining some twisted code of honour. By the time he was finally defeated, Titus had slain even his own family in a rampage of bloodlust.
Rumors of his return are near-guaranteed to be false. However, if we fail to take this threat seriously, none will be safe from his renewed wrath.
Recommendation: There are only two options: slay Titus before he recovers to full power, or resist his goading and end the cycle of vengeance once and for all.
